For over two decades, Northwest Seat Cover Fabrics has been intertwined with the history and design of OEM seat covers. Our journey started in 1997, carving out a niche in the industry for quality OEM seat cover replacements.
Our legacy of authentic automotive materials, sourced from renowned companies like Collins & Aikman and Milliken & Co., has inspired our work even as these industry leaders have closed their doors. At the heart of our design ethos is a commitment to maintaining the legacy of automotive fabrics, mirroring the robustness and quality of original equipment material (OEM).
In 2015, we were inspired by the original equipment material of the Chevrolet Silverado 1500, sparking the creation of our own line-up of OEM seat covers. As we evaluated the color palette, we found it perfectly aligned with the aesthetics of Ford, Dodge, and Toyota models. This successful integration has kept this range in our catalogue ever since. It’s a popular fabric for Durability, Comfort and certainly the OEM Look. It is a Classic automotive look which is not offered by any other competitors in North America. OEM seat covers for cars, trucks and SUVs are available in black, grey and tan colors.

Durability
Our seat covers are designed and produced with attention to detail not only with aesthetics but also with quality. Our OEM seat cover replacement line-up boasts durable, heavy-duty fabrics. These fabrics are tried and tested, with over 250,000 double rub test ratings under the Martindale (Circular) & Wyzenbeek (Back & Forth) methods. This level of rigorous testing ensures we offer products with optimal durability, comfort, and that essential OEM look.
UV Protection
In our commitment to superior OEM seat covers, UV protection is paramount. After thorough testing, we integrated a grade 3.5 UV protective coating into our covers. This provides medium grade sunlight resistance, ensuring slower fading over time. Unlike grade 1 coatings, which fade quickly, or grade 5 that can stiffen fabric, our chosen grade 3.5 offers the perfect balance of durability, protection, and comfort, truly enhancing the longevity of our OEM seat cover replacements.
Flammability & Safety
Our OEM seat covers, imbued with FR coating, exemplify safety along with style. Depending on the fabric type, they meet the FMVSS302 (Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard) or pass CPAI 84 Sections 5 and 6, affirming their credibility and high-quality design.
Waterproof
Most of our OEM seat covers offer high water repellency or are waterproof, ensuring lasting protection. However, over time and with regular use, the water-repelling effectiveness may diminish. To restore this feature, you can simply apply Scotchgard on our OE fabrics or a DWR (Durable Water Repellant) on our other seat covers, reinforcing their resilience and lifespan.
HD Designs
Technology has remarkably transformed what we can achieve with our OEM seat covers. Our range of camouflage fabrics, including Realtree, Mossy Oak, and Fishouflage, epitomizes this advancement. To create the beloved camo patterns, we utilize as many as 10 screens.
The quality of our OEM seat covers is truly highlighted with high-definition heat transfer paper on durable 600 denier polyester fabrics. This ensures not only a sharp, vibrant image but also longevity and robustness of the seat cover.

I called customer service and they explained that the northwest label is supposed to be on the outside towards the door. Once I changed them around, all was good - Thanks!

She called UPS and opened up a trace file? In any case, they made another set and shipped it to my work address this time. They arrived in good condition.
