The Pros of Neosupreme are fit and comfort; it will conform to the contours of seats quite well. Again, it's like Neoprene seat covers, but on a diet - No toxic rubber odors.

The Cons?

Well, the honest truth is that if you wore a hat made of NeoSupreme in a rainstorm - your head would look like a mop after a few minutes, they're not waterproof seat covers. The backing being a synthetic Black polyester, may transfer dye to your original seats and finally the top nylon fabric may be fairly durable, but the light weight nylon fabric may delaminate over time.

Summary:

NeoSupreme seat cover fabrics were developed to offer the look of neoprene at a lower price. The toxic CR/SBR rubber was eliminated and along with it, that horrible rubber smell disappeared. The plan worked, it created a new lower price seat cover, but without any of the waterproof technology of neoprene, but still a good value seat cover.

We do not manufacture Neoprene seat covers because of the health problems. If you want a healthier waterproof seat cover, simply order Neo-Ultra Seat Covers or if you prefer a non-waterproof seat cover - order NeoSupreme seat covers.

How long will it take to get my NeoSupreme Seat Covers?
It generally take 5-7 days to make up an order and anywhere from 3-6 working days to ship depending on where you are in North America.
We stand behind the fit of our seat covers 100%. If there is a problem with the fit or installation instructions on our website, you can call us and we will walk you through the install. If there is still a problem, we ask you send us a digital picture of the problem and if we find it is a production error, we send you a replacement part at no charge. If the fitment problem cannot be fixed, we will issue you a return authorization number (RGA) and instructions on how to send them back. Once you have your RGA# you must send them to us pre-paid and we will credit your credit card for 100% of your purchase (a digital picture of the problem must always be sent before an RGA# is assigned).
No. These are slip on seat coves are designed and measured to fit over your existing upholstery.
The only time you need a tool when installing our covers is when you are covering rear seat side bolsters. Here, all you will need a simple socket set or wrench to remove the single bolt holding the bolster to the car (see our instructions page for details)
No. All our covers (not including Realtree Camo) are made from genuine automotive materials to provide you with all the qualities you expect from an OE fabric (durability and fade resistance etc.), however, they will not be an exact match to your original material.
Yes. If you indicate you have side impact airbags in your seats, we will make accommodations down the side of your backrest using a high tensile single thread that will easily snap in the event of an airbag deployment. Your covers will come with a “side impact airbags” tag on each backrest that must be placed over the airbag side of the seat.

If you don’t have a digital camera, please take your vehicle (with the covers on) back to the place of purchase so they can take a photo and/or possibly solve your fitting issue on the spot.

HEADREST AND LATCH HOLES

In many models, headrest holes, power holes and/or latch holes are not cut. This is due to past trouble with properly aligning the covers once the holes were cut. In these cases, it was deemed better to cut the holes once the cover is properly aligned and installed.

To make these holes, simply install the cover, then cut a small "X" cut over the area where the hole needs to be. Then, in the case of a latch hole, lift the cover up and slide the latch through the hole.

This process ensures that the holes are placed in correct spot every time!

Warranty

NW NeoSupreme Seat Covers come with a 2 year warranty for fit, workmanship and normal wear. We will replace any sections that have worn due to normal use, a material defect or a fitment problem, free of charge in 4 easy steps.
