The design of a new Mid-Sized SUV that was to succeed the Jeep Cherokee, started in 1985 under the ownership of American Motors Corporation (AMC).
In 1987, Chrysler Corporation purchased AMC for $1.5B with the crown jewel being the Jeep Brand. 6 years later, the Jeep Grand Cherokee was launched with strong
sales and for the last 30+ years sales have remained very strong amid new competitors and evolving technology.

The best fabric for any vehicle depends on the owner and how they use it. The Grand Cherokee is a multi-functional vehicle that is often used as a daily driver, family vehicle and sometimes for off-roading.
As a daily driver, you need basic protection for wear and UV light, so we'd recommend looking at our OEM with a factory style fabric - Solid All-Round Performer.
As a family vehicle, you may want better Waterproof Protection, so we'd suggest Dyna-Flex™ or even CORDURA® Classic. Both are 100% Waterproof, Great Abrasion Resistance & Strength - Dyna-Flex™ is more economical.
For Off-Roading, you may consider the Ballistic 1050D or if things get really-really dirty, our Advanced Automotive Vinyl - Super Easy to Wipe Clean!
Seat Covers for the Jeep Grand Cherokee need to be dynamic and flexible. You never know when a family decision keeps you on paved roads or gravel roads to adventure. This is why we ask that you look at Dyna-Flex™ or even CORDURA® Classic as a choice for your custom seat covers. They are both winners in our books and reviews for both are #1.
You need a quick clean up for dog hair? - No Problem. You need to keep the stick soft drinks off your original seats - No Problem - Either way, Dyna-Flex™ or CORDURA® Classic will have you covered!

Northwest seat covers are really nice. I was gonna get Carhartt, but it was going to take 3 weeks to get them so I bought the Pro-Gard Cordura ones. They arrived home in just over a week and the fabric quality feels amazing. I like the pre-punched headrest holes and big map pockets - Overall, very happy and would recommend these cordura seat covers.
I mountain bike a lot and after a morning of runs down razorback, it can get pretty dirty. Just bought a new Tacoma and want to make sure the seats stay clean. I bought seat covers in the OEM materials because I want that factory look. Install went pretty good, just a bit of confusion with the straps and buckles, but all got sorted. They don't even look like set covers - Very Happy.
I am a threepeat customer. I bought years ago for my Montana van 2016, my wife Jeep 2016, now my Colorado. I sent my dad your way and he did his Ranger 2016, then sadly totaled it 3 days after install. The jeep still looks great, the Montana was doing superb when traded in for the Colorado. Looking forward to another of your above and beyond product!
Would give them full marks but the head rest covers were missing. I spoke with Bernice in customer service and she apologized and reassured me they would be out in a couple of days. The next day I got an email with a UPS tracking number. The head rests arrived a week later and I installed them after work. Very happy with the fast service.
