I called customer service and they explained that the northwest label is supposed to be on the outside towards the door. Once I changed them around, all was good - Thanks!

Having to cut my own 'X' tabs for the headrest posts made me nervous, but following the video guide made it straightforward and ensures a flawless layout. Dropped one star just for the install workout, but the protection is 5-star.
