Chrysler Voyager Seat Covers
Plymouth Chrysler Voyager seat covers have been manufactured by Northwest since 1991. It originally started out with the Plymouth Voyager as well as the Dodge Caravan. The first generation was from 1984-1990 and it created a whole new vehicle segment that was pioneered by Lee Iacocca, the former CEO of the Chrysler Corporation and a great development team.
Production of the Plymouth Voyager continued until it was retired after the 2000 model year. From 2001 on, it was then sold under the Chrysler brand and except for 2022, 2023 & 2024, when it was produced for fleet orders only, it has continued to hold its own since then. The Voyager & Caravan brands are synonymous with the minivan and had been market leaders for decades.
Since then, the Chrysler Voyager has continued in the U.S., but Canada still sells both the Chrysler Voyager and Chrysler Grand Caravan. The Voyager is the budget-friendly version of the Pacifica and Grand Caravan (Canada Only).

Chrysler Voyager Seat Covers fit very well. With patterns and measurements dating back to the second generation in 1991, we've been manufacturing them for more than 28 years. During that time, we've seen all the seat style changes from front seat covers with Low and high backs, solid bench seats, the 60/40 splits and the newer 40/20/40 split bench seats.
Getting seat covers from a Bigmart store will not be a good solution because they just don't offer the more complex seat styles for the newer seats. Your Chrysler Voyager seat covers will have to be custom fitted, especially if you want to adjust headrest height and use your arm rests properly. The best fabrics are those which address your concerns that may damage your seats. Chrysler Voyager seat covers will normally be installed to avoid food and drink spills. That level of protection requires a waterproof fabric that will be easy to wipe clean. We would recommend a 2X - 3X waterproof rated fabric. The CORDURA® Classic 500D Nylon is a good choice for heavy liquid protection and for a lesser 2X requirement, we would recommend the Atomic Dyna-Flex™ which is an all-round solid performer with a 2X waterproof rating, easy to wipe clean and imbedded dynamic yarn for an improved fit. These covers look good and fit very well in my 2020 Ram 3500These covers look good and fit very well in my 2020 Ram 3500. While obviously reducing their effectiveness, my cooled seats still work great. Only complaint is that the headrest covers are too small and squish the headrests, and I worry that when removed in a few years the headrests will be permanently wrinkled.
