RETURN POLICY:
In order to provide the best possible customer service:
if you are not completely satisfied with your covers, send them back pre-paid and we will credit you for the full cost of the seat covers (less original shipping charges).
all returns must be sent back neatly folded & clean!
all returns due to a fitting issue must be preceded or accompanied by a digital picture of the fitting problem.
all returns must have an return authorization number which can be issued by contacting us at 1-888-821-1066 or locally at 604-216-1106 or e-mailing us a info@nwseatcovers.com
return instructions will be given with return authorization number.
WARRANTY:
all of our seat covers come with a 2 year wear & 2 year workmanship warranty.
all repairs must be sent back pre-paid with an RGA number and an explanation of the problem & a digital picture.
all repairs will be done as fast as possible and free of charge.
